What’s do in AI That’s Coming we have uploads we’re working on multiple videos right now team is really busy fantastic that’s coming but I wanted to talk about the course and the AI Advantage Community today because this has been in the works since about 6 months and I
Want to share two pieces of information so first things for first um most importantly this was a bit of a hard decision and definitely a big one for me as that is kind of the core product that we offered so far but I’m closing the course okay so the AI Advantage prompt
Engineering and over time it evolved into more of a it evolved into more of a chat GPT course rather than just prompt engineering so really all things chat GPT is closing down for now um it will reopen sometimes in the second quarter of the year uh but in a different form
The offering will look very differently and the reason I’m doing it is because the most valuable part of the entire course was not the course itself although that is certainly valuable and picks people up from zero knowledge to a level where they can confidently engineer away and
Get things done inside of cat GPT at a level that is just unimaginable to most people that’s fantastic and that that was like two months of straight work of just putting that curriculum together but the most important part turns out to be according to the feedback of the course
Members the Live Events I’ve been doing first I’ve been doing them bi-weekly ever since June 2023 and now I started doing them weekly since December so you know the course has 30 videos but now there’s a live a library of I think 15 or 16 Live Events
Um that were 1 hour long most of them have been edited down to around 40 minutes um and that Library just covers you know everything code interpreter it covers Vision it covers gpts it’s it’s basically I called the event chat GPT Innovation so everything that was new I
Covered in those events and I realized that first of all that is really the way to handle this wild space the space where things keep changing all the time right like developed like product over the summer and super proud of it it was like super amazing and then CH a new
Feature comes out and it like becomes irrelevant and then we like develop another product and then for custom instructions and then like gpts come out and everything changes right and that’s just like within chat GPT I’m not even talking about the wider AI ecosystem it’s absolutely wild so this is what I
Figured out really the only way to navigate It Is by staying up to date and by like doing regular updates and the way to do those up updates um the the most efficient way is doing Live Events where people can ask questions where it’s interactive where it’s more like
This rather than a premeditated pre-edited video where there is a certain amount of time that that takes to produce right I think it’s more valuable to get you a live event within 24 hours or like at the day of an announcement rather than you know a polished video that comes out three days
Later and then someone in the community has feedback and then the whole thing changes and we need to add things it just works really well if there’s regular Live Events so with that being said I’m closing the course in order to hold more of these Live Events and to
Not have new people coming in all the time because matter of fact it’s quite exhausting to you know keep introducing everything and and to keep answering the same questions and to also just to meet new people in there I want a close Circle for a certain while um and then
You know in April we’ll be opening it up to the public that’s the plan plan for now um but very slowly it will be you’ll see it’s it’s going to be very limited so this is really like for now the last chance to kind of join this community
Building effort uh and I bundled it together with the course so that’s really what I wanted to communicate so I’m closing the course so we can actually build a community um deeply and properly where it’s all about learning AI all about staying up to date and you
Know when you purchase the course today essentially you get Community Access until it goes public in mid April um so you get lifetime access to the course one and you get Community Access until mid April which is like two and a half months let’s say um and after that it
Will you know turn into a subscription because that’s the only way to run an organ organization with you know now we have we four full-time people and another eight Freelancers helping out on a weekly basis so you know onetime uh purchases are really not the way to to

We’re building a paid community and I’m giving it my all I’m going to do my best to make it as valuable as possible and basically I’m closing the course so we get the chance to you know meet each other and to learn from each other and

Newsletters check out Reddit check out open AI Forum like all that and that way you stay up to date but the community really is a way for other people to do the work and then you can come in and kind of contribute to your unique value
Or you just consume what they did um it’s a really beautiful thing that I got to experience with while building the AI Advantage team that there’s just there’s just power in numbers and you know multiple brains figure things out that no matter how smart you are you could
Never figure out yourself so that’s why I think um that’s the correct direction we’ll be building it from within the course that’s why we’re closing it and also I love experimenting and it’s that’s just done better in a closed environment right there’s certain topics and certain things we just can’t do
Publicly like if somebody like shares a GPT that has you know some confidential information then I I could never like create a YouTube video about that when they shared up with me but we could totally you know do a event about it where we talk about it for an hour and
He knows that it only you know goes out to 100 people whatever how many however many people like like join the Live Events and that’s the idea behind it so you know privacy ability to form connections and experimentation so that’s that um so if you’re interested
