Oklahoma is launching the Inspired to Teach scholarship and employment incentive program in an effort to build up the state’s teacher pipeline. Aimed at boosting enrollment in teacher education programs and retaining current educators, the program provides financial incentives of up to $25,500 for students who commit to five consecutive years of teaching in Oklahoma public schools upon graduation.
